All Creative Maths and Statistics Learning Centre materials are subject to the following copyright terms and conditions unless otherwise noted on the materials, in a separate written notice or otherwise communicated to the purchaser at the time of purchase. Creative Maths and Statistics Learning Centre materials may be used for teaching and learning purposes in accordance with the terms and conditions below. The copyright for Creative Maths and Statistics Learning Centre materials are owned by Creative Heuristics Ltd and any individuals or companies listed in the copyright notice on the materials.
Creative Maths and Statistics Learning Centre materials include all materials for which Creative Maths have a legal right to copyright. These include, but are not limited to, printed and electronic notes, teaching guides, data cards, posters, videos, quizzes and learning activities.
Notwithstanding the terms below, Creative Maths and Statistics Learning Centre videos may not be copied without the written permission of the copyright owners.
Statistics Learning Centre paid teacher licence: All materials made available under a paid or free-trial teacher licence may be used for class teaching, teaching planning and your own personal learning. Printed copies of materials may be distributed for class teaching purposes, provided copyright notices are not obscured. Electronic copies of materials may not be distributed for class teaching but may be displayed for class teaching purposes. Displaying electronic copies for class teaching includes showing videos to the class and working through learning materials as a class. Printed and electronic copies of Statistics Learning Centre materials may be made for your own teaching planning and personal learning purposes. Unless otherwise noted, the period of a paid license is one calendar year.
Copies of Statistics Learning Centre materials may be kept but not redistributed beyond the period of the license and only kept for personal teaching planning and personal study and revision purposes.
Statistics Learning Centre paid student or individual licence: All materials made available under a paid or free-trial student or individual licence may be used for your own personal learning only. Copies of materials (including printed and electronic) may be made for your own personal use. Unless otherwise noted, the period of a paid license is one calendar year. Copies may be kept beyond the period of the license for personal study and revision purposes only.
Statistics Learning Centre materials may NOT be redistributed under a student or individual licence.
Statistics Learning Centre free-trial licence: Notwithstanding the type of license, under a free trial all materials may only be used for the duration of the free trial. Unless a paid subscription follows a free trial, all copies of Statistics Learning Centre materials must be destroyed following the free-trial period.
Free materials: All electronic and physical materials normally made available free by Creative Maths and Statistics Learning Centre may be used for class teaching, teaching planning and your own personal learning. Copies of materials may be distributed or displayed for class teaching purposes, provided copyright notices are not obscured. This does not include videos, which may be displayed for class teaching purposes but not copied without prior written permission. Printed and electronic copies of Creative Maths and Statistics Learning Centre materials may be made for your own teaching planning and personal learning purposes. Free materials may not be copied or distributed for other purposes without written permission from the copyright owners. This includes adapted or partial copies of the materials.
Free materials do not include any materials that are normally charged for but have been given free for promotional or other purposes.
Practice exams: Copyright terms for practice exams developed and sold by Creative Maths and Statistics Learning Centre are not covered by this document. Purchase of these materials is subject to a separate agreement on the distribution and copying of the materials. Notwithstanding this, Creative Maths retains copyright on practice exams.
Purchased materials: Creative Maths and Statistics Learning Centre retains copyright on all materials not otherwise covered by this document and for which they have a legal right to copyright. Copying and/or redistribution of these materials is prohibited without the express permission of the copyright holders, unless allowed by law.
Other redistribution of Creative Maths and Statistics Learning Centre materials, not covered above, is prohibited without the express permission of the copyright holders.
Creative Maths, Creative Heuristics Ltd, Dr Nicola Ward Petty and Dr Shane Dye reserve the right to make changes to these copyright terms and conditions as they see fit.
